2019: 10 years into my diagnosis, now with more responsibility as a parent and new physical challenges with my body. Sometimes I was so fatigued that 1 hour of exercise could take me out for the entire day. I felt blinded to my soul without being able to use my body as I expected to. I felt frustrated that the exercise that used to energize me was now also what deflated me.
